No, you do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from coaching. We welcome clients whether they have an official ADHD diagnosis or are simply navigating ADHD-style traits and challenges. However, if you do have a full assessment and wish to share it, reviewing it together can provide valuable insights to help customize and guide your 1:1 coaching journey.
Struggling with follow-through is totally normal for ADHD brains! As an experienced coach, helping you bridge the gap between intention and action is exactly what I do. Together, we will uncover personalized strategies and creative ideas to support you, keep you motivated, and help you make genuine progress toward your goals.

Coaching is all about meeting you exactly where you're at and helping you get to where you want to be. Typically, we will focus each session around one or two specific areas you’d like to grow in. These can be ADHD-specific, but they don't have to be.

There is no "right" way to do coaching. Some weeks, you might want a traditional strategy session. Other weeks, you might just need to chat and get clarity on how your ADHD is showing up.
