Each 1:1 coaching session is 45 minutes long and is entirely tailored to you. While every session flows naturally based on what you need that day, we will generally:

  • Pinpoint Your Focus: Identify exactly what challenge or goal you want to tackle.
  • Define Success: Determine what a meaningful outcome looks like for you by the end of our call.
  • Explore Deeply: Dive into the topic together through thoughtful, open questioning.
  • Unpack the ADHD Lens: Look at the unique ways ADHD might be impacting the challenge at hand.
  • Co-Create a Plan: Collaborate to build a personalized tool, solution, or next step.
  • Wrap Up & Reflect: Review your action items and celebrate any new insights discovered.

What Coaching Actually Is

Coaching is a dedicated space where we sit down together to take a deeper look at what’s happening in your life. My role is to support you in understanding how your unique brain works, recognizing patterns, shifting old belief systems, and co-creating meaningful solutions for whatever you are navigating right now.

Please see the pricing section (More) for details on my coaching packages and rates.

No, you do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from coaching. We welcome clients whether they have an official ADHD diagnosis or are simply navigating ADHD-style traits and challenges. However, if you do have a full assessment and wish to share it, reviewing it together can provide valuable insights to help customize and guide your 1:1 coaching journey.

Struggling with follow-through is totally normal for ADHD brains! As an experienced coach, helping you bridge the gap between intention and action is exactly what I do. Together, we will uncover personalized strategies and creative ideas to support you, keep you motivated, and help you make genuine progress toward your goals.

As you’d probably guess, this is totally individual! It completely depends on what you are looking to get out of our time together:

  • The Short-Term Boost (2–3 Months): Some clients come in with a very specific, narrow focus—like needing support to be more productive at work or setting up a daily routine. A few months of coaching is often the perfect catalyst to get them on track.
  • The Broad Focus (6–12+ Months): Other clients want to look at the bigger picture. We might tackle work productivity, relationship communication, emotional regulation, and managing the household all at once. Because there are more layers to unpack, these clients often stick around for 6 months, 9 months, or over a year.
  • The Healing & Evolution Track: For many in the "lost generation" of ADHD—those diagnosed later in life—coaching often involves processing ADHD-related trauma and unmasking. For this deep healing work, many clients find it best to work together for 4–6 months, take a intentional break to integrate what they've learned, and then return for another 4–6 months as they enter their next chapter.
  • The Ever-Changing Parent Track: For my parent coaching clients, the journey is ongoing. Because a child with ADHD is constantly growing and changing in what they need, many parents like to keep me in their back pocket long-term so they always have an expert to lean on as new developmental phases and challenges pop up.

Every single path is valid. I am here to support you for exactly as long as you need it!

Coaching is all about meeting you exactly where you're at and helping you get to where you want to be. Typically, we will focus each session around one or two specific areas you’d like to grow in. These can be ADHD-specific, but they don't have to be.

Some common areas we can explore include:

  • Emotional Regulation: Navigating big feelings, rejection sensitivity, and mood shifts.
  • Motivation & Task Initiation: Overcoming the "ADHD freeze" and just getting started.
  • Healthy Relationships & Boundaries: Communicating your needs and protecting your energy.
  • Stress & Burnout: Managing overwhelm before it manages you.
  • Taming Perfectionism: Learning to let go of "all-or-nothing" thinking.
  • Routines & Habits: Designing daily flows that actually stick.
  • Prioritization & Time Management: Deciding what truly matters and organizing your days.
  • Breaking Down Big Goals: Turning massive, overwhelming projects into bite-sized steps.

Make the Session Yours

There is no "right" way to do coaching. Some weeks, you might want a traditional strategy session. Other weeks, you might just need to chat and get clarity on how your ADHD is showing up.

Not at this time.

?Yes, absolutely. I have hands-on experience working with AuDHD (Autism + ADHD) clients to support their unique blending of traits. To serve this community even deeper, I am currently expanding my education and pursuing a formal specialization in AuDHD, launching in 2027!

ABSOLUTELY

Yes and we have a section in our membership community focused on ADHD in a marriage.
