By accessing our website, enrolling in our family coaching programs, purchasing digital products, or participating in our online platforms (including our SKOOL community, live webinars, and audio courses), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Mrs. C and Me provides educational, mentorship, and family coaching services, including direct student support, educator consultation, parent check-ins, and digital learning resources.

• Educational & Coaching Scope: Our services are educational and developmental in nature. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed clinical therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical diagnosis.
• School & Third-Party Approval: School-based visits, FaceTime check-ins during conferences, and educator meetings remain subject to the approval and guidelines of the student's educational institution.

• Payment Processing: All payments, recurring invoices, and deposits are processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the designated fees according to your selected payment schedule.
• Deposits: Required deposits (such as the initial $750 deposit for coaching packages) are due upon signing and are applied toward your first month of service.
• Custom & Recurring Schedules: Monthly, bi-monthly, or custom payment options must be maintained in good standing. Failure to remit payment may result in the temporary suspension of direct support sessions and digital platform access.

• 60-Day Notice: Either party may terminate a recurring coaching agreement by submitting 60 days' written notice via email.
• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect on the 1st day of the calendar month following the completed 60-day notice period.
• Service Continuity: Scheduled coaching sessions, digital resource access, and regular monthly billing will remain active throughout the duration of the notice period.
• Refunds: Payments made for completed services, digital products, or active billing periods are non-refundable.

Access to our online groups (including the main student space and the Parents' Lounge / Backstage) is a privilege designed to cultivate a safe, supportive, neuro-inclusive environment. Members agree to:

• Respect confidentiality—do not share or publish personal stories or materials shared by other members outside the group.
• Engage with respect, constructive communication, and empathy.
• Avoid commercial self-promotion or unauthorized advertising.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any member who violates these community standards without refund.

All original materials, audio courses, worksheets, framework guides, videos, and branding produced by Mrs. C and Me remain our exclusive intellectual property. Enrolled families receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal development only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrs. C and Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in coaching programs or use of our digital platforms. Outcomes depend on individual engagement, environment, and external factors.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
